I was told how the steps would be and updated through the entire process. Any questions I had were answered right away even to the point emails were answered on the weekends when they didn't have to be. The process was painless and I was never told anything that wasn't true. Daisy, Harris's, assistant was also amazing. If Harris was busy she stepped in to give any updates or answer any questions.
