Nice Affordable housing! UPDATE: This place sucks! leasing office charged me for furniture on my lease after I told them I wanted an unfurnished apartment! Refunded money thru lease but the ignorant fees they add to the account every month prior to paying rent took that money up! After fixing this issue they sent out emails referring to lease renewals and when they sent the new out it still showed furniture charges, upon speaking with the leasing office I was told it would be resolved. Further down the line I receive a move-out checklist basically saying my move out date was the in 3 weeks and I was told they couldn't renew my lease due to them already selling my unit that I am currently living in. Maintenance crew is great but the building are cheaply "renovated" and the buildings need major repair (the stairs, light fixtures in the buildings for night time, water leaks in front of buildings causing tadpoles, algae, and knat infestations in front of the stairs and walkway, cigarette buds and beer cans, and much more!) Please be cautious before moving here unless you just need something really cheap to get by!
