North Bay Appliance Repair did a great job today fixing my washer and dryer. They got me scheduled right away, the tech Danny was on time, professional and efficient. He took time to explain multiple things and got everything fixed. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Jose was so professional! Arrived on time and went straight to work. Located the problem on my oven and tested his theory to confirm that was in fact the issue. Once he confirmed, we then discussed the issue and cost to fix it. It was a very reasonable price and took him a matter of minutes to fix the problem. This was a next day appt and their prices are very fair and cheaper than most. He waited until the oven reached its desired temp to make sure things were working properly. While doing so he went over the receipt and problem with me and then I signed. He didn’t accept payment until he was sure the job was in fact finished. And then he showed me exactly what was wrong and the safety hazards this could have caused. I will absolutely use this company next time! Was so easy and fast!!!! They are upfront and honest and reliable 🙂
